1. Introduction
MindArena is operated by Shimaatech. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, and processed when you use the app and related services.
2. Information that may be processed
MindArena currently does not require login, and Shimaatech currently does not store personal profiles, quiz answers, learning progress, or account data on its own backend.
However, the app and integrated services may process:
- Firebase-generated app or user identifiers
- device and app information
- approximate location or region when needed for ads, consent, or legal requirements
- app interactions and usage events
- ad interactions and ad performance data
- crash reports, diagnostics, logs, and performance data
- push notification tokens if Firebase Cloud Messaging is enabled

- to operate and improve the app
- to understand app usage and performance
- to detect and fix crashes and errors
- to provide, measure, and improve ads
- to manage privacy consent choices
- to communicate with users who contact support
4. Ads and mediation
MindArena may show ads using Google AdMob. Ads may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats.
AdMob Mediation may allow third-party ad networks to serve ads. These providers may process data such as device identifiers, ad identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies.
Ad availability and personalization may depend on the user's consent choices and region.
5. Analytics and crash reporting
The app may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregated usage. The app may use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical issues.
Crash reports may include technical information about the device, app version, operating system, and events related to the crash.
6. Consent choices
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required or appropriate to collect and manage consent choices for ads and related processing.
Users in certain regions may be shown consent options. Users may be able to update privacy choices through app settings if implemented.
7. Push notifications
If Firebase Cloud Messaging is enabled, the app may process a notification token to send app-related notifications.
Users can disable notifications through device settings.
8. Children's privacy
MindArena is not directed to children under 13. Shimaatech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information, they can contact mindarena@shimaatech.com.
9. Data retention
Since there is currently no account system, Shimaatech has limited ability to identify individual users directly. Third-party services may retain data according to their own retention policies.
Support emails are retained as needed to respond and maintain operational records.
10. Data deletion and requests
Users can request deletion of data linked to their anonymous app profile via the dedicated web form: app.mindarena.co/en/delete-data. The form is also accessible from Settings → Delete my data inside the app, which automatically includes the app support ID when available.
If the support ID is not available (for example, when submitting after uninstalling the app), provide a contact email on the form so we can follow up.
Because there is currently no login or account system and limited direct backend storage, some requests may require information from the user to identify applicable records, if any.
Users may also contact privacy@shimaatech.com for privacy questions or deletion requests.
Some data processed by third-party providers may be controlled by those providers or by device and account settings.
