Data Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of data associated with your MindArena app installation. Opening this page from Settings → Delete my data in the app automatically includes your app support ID when available.

About MindArena and your data

MindArena is a professional knowledge and quiz learning app developed by Shimaatech. MindArena currently uses anonymous Firebase Authentication only. Users do not create an account with an email address, password, phone number, or social login.

When you use the app, an anonymous app identifier (referred to as the support ID) may be created and stored by MindArena systems to provide functionality such as progress tracking, learning preferences, and push notifications.

What may be deleted

Upon processing your request, MindArena may delete:

  • Anonymous app user ID / support ID stored in MindArena systems, where applicable.
  • Quiz and learning activity associated with that ID.
  • App preferences and progress stored on MindArena servers, where applicable.
  • Push notification token records associated with that ID, where applicable.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained after your request is processed:

  • Security and access logs.
  • Fraud and abuse prevention records.
  • Legal or operational records where retention is required by law.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a user.

Data processed by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.) is subject to those providers' own retention and deletion policies.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days, unless legal or security retention requirements require a longer period. We will contact you at the email address you provide if we need additional information to process your request.

Submit your request

Opening this page from Settings → Delete my data in the MindArena app automatically includes your support ID in the form. If you do not have the app installed or the support ID is not available, provide a contact email so we can follow up with you.
